shipping policy

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. All orders are carried through our Standard Shipping method unless chosen otherwise at checkout. Please have in mind that this shipping method delivers within 3-5 days but can take up to 5-7 days because of holidays and non-business days. Since time in transit does not include weekends or holidays note that the delivery time is an approximate estimate. Orders will not be shipped out during the following dates: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. If your order takes up more than 7 days to arrive please contact us via email with your name, order number, address, and email.


You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and sent out. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to become active. If you receive a shipping confirmation email on a Friday, please allow until the next business day (Monday) to check tracking updates. We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us we will be in charge of refunding the money for all the items returned. However, all original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a package is lost or stolen but was confirmed to be delivered to the address provided we no longer hold accountability for it.

return & exchange policy

Beauty Glam Lashes is built around keeping our customers content and satisfied with our products. We hope that you love our lashes as much as we loved perfecting them for you and that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! Unfortunately due to health and hygienic reasons we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. EXCEPTION: If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible within the first 72 hours of receiving your order. Lashes must NOT be worn or altered in order to qualify for a refund or exchange, and we will email you a paid return shipping label. Items that were sold as a sale product or with a sale promotion code are considered final sale and do not qualify to be refunded or exchanged.
